One of the goals within the Quick Response for Operational Centers (QROC) project, initiated by ENLETS, as a successor or their Technology Interest Group, is to provide OCs with a Capability Self Assessment (CSA) Tool. The EU Commission recognized the need for cross border data exchange and therefore funded the QROC project to create tools and methods toenhance cross-border exchange. With the CSA- tool, OCs are able to create a helicopter view to see where they stand on the road to the maximization of their capabilities and technologies.
The CSA-tool is a quick scan of OC’s capabilities to build Situational Awareness (SA-capabilities) and of their Innovation Management capabilities (IM-capabilities).
